RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Midnight Orchid Crochet Bloom. We take pride in creating high-quality handmade crochet and wool products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards.
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

HANDMADE PRODUCT NOTICE

All of our products are handcrafted crochet and wool creations made with care and attention to detail.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, shape, stitching, pattern placement, and overall appearance may occur. These variations are natural characteristics of handmade products and make each item unique.

Minor differences between product photos and the delivered item are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We make every effort to display product colors accurately; however, actual colors may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings and device displays.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at midnightorchid000@gmail.com and provide:
• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order after the return has been approved.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks, payment providers, and credit card companies may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The item received was damaged.
• The item received was defective.
• An incorrect item was sent.

For approved returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
